2. Visiting this website
When you access this website, the web server processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data is used solely to operate the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data.
The connection to this website is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
3. Cookies
This website does not set cookies for advertising or analytics. Technically necessary cookies are only used to protect the contact form against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are loaded locally from our server. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google) is established.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone, we process the information you provide (name, e-mail address, optionally your farm and app, and your message) in order to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Requests submitted via the form are delivered to us by e-mail via Microsoft 365. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to
- access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR),
- have data erased (Art. 17 GDPR) and restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR) and
- withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (www.ldi.nrw.de).
